Seat Leon Cupra R

Had this Seat Leon Cupra 210bhp in to take it from a stage 1 to a stage 2. Lowest car yet to successfully go on the dyno leaving 1-2mm from the sub frame to the rollers! (too close!!) came in making an average of 225bhp and 267ftlbs on the current stage 1 that was already on the car. Went away with a safe 246.5bhp with 299.7ftlbs. The gains were achieved by purely adjusting the ignition maps and fuel target AFR whilst keeping the same boost levels. The car really needs a large front mount intercooler to take it too the next level as was struggling with heat soak so we kept the car on the safe side for now.

Green our stage 2. Pink red stage 1. More power much sooner now and higher peak power too and much safer AFR on the same boost levels.
